Most services and supports provided by Communitas require referrals, either through community Mental Health offices (Fraser Health) in Chilliwack and Abbotsford, or through Community Living British Columbia.

If you are a family or individual that has not received supports through Communitas before, and you have not yet gone through a referral process, our First Contact person is here to guide you.

She will determine your eligibility and will direct you either to the appropriate referral body to receive services within Communitas, or to supports or services outside of our organization (if your needs cannot be met by Communitas).
